Pick up at Boiro shop: orders with the option of collection in shop will have a maximum period of 15 days to be collected.

agency pick-up: orders that are not collected at the agency after their deposit within 15 days, will be returned to origin discounting the shipping and return costs generated.

Special delivery Silvia Fernandez collection: The delivery time will be approximately 30 days. If you need a shorter delivery time, please contact us and we will consult in the workshop about the possibility.

* Working days. In promotional seasons such as discounts, Black Friday, sales and similar or special periods of high volume of shipments, such as Christmas time, orders may be delayed in delivery.

1*: This delivery time will not apply to items where a different delivery time is stated in the description.

* The desire shop is not responsible for any additional costs, such as customs or similar.

Zone I (A): Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom (temporarily unavailable), Finland, Ireland and Sweden.

Zone II (B): Greece, Bulgaria, Czech Rep., Slovak Rep., Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Switzerland.

*Delivery Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands. Transport will only make two delivery attempts, the second always agreed with the customer, if due to absence this is not possible, the order will be available to the customer in the corresponding agency for collection (max. 15 days). 

*Delivery zone I and II, transport will only make one delivery attempt, if due to absence this is not possible, the order will be available to the customer in the corresponding agency for collection (mx.15 days).

**Express delivery peninsula. Delivery on the next working day for orders placed before 14h on working days. If your order is placed after 14h. it will be shipped the next working day.
